# Risk Factors

Blockchain Valley SAS has reviewed potential risks that could have a negative impact on its business activities and its token and we have not identified any other significant risks than the ones presented below. 

In addition, the issuer has put in place several mechanisms to offset and mitigate these potential risks. 4IR Tokens qualify as tokens pursuant to Article L. 552-2 of the French Financial and Monetary Code. As such, the subscription and holding of 4IR Tokens does not entitle to any right other than those described in **Section 3 "Rights and obligations attached to the tokens offered to the public".** Especially, the Subscriber acknowledges that holding 4IR Tokens does not entitle to any share in the revenue of the Issuer or income generated by BlockchainValley.
