# 7.2. Subscriber reimbursement process

**Trigger events and conditions of reimbursement**

There is only two events conducive to reimbursement: 

* when a Subscriber has not been whitelisted by the Issuer after the investment in the Public Presale the digital assets in USDC will be reimbursed to the ewallet declared by the Subscriber. All the fees including gas fees for this reimbursement will be borne by the Subscriber. 
* when a Subscriber has purchased 4IR Tokens in the Public Presale but has not done the whitelisting proccess by the en of the Public Presale the investment in USD will be reimbursed to the ewallet declared by the Subscriber. All the fees including gas fees for this reimbursement will be borne by the Subscriber.
