5.6. Token Subscription Procedures

Subscription platform

The Subscriber will find information on the development of the BlockchainValley project and will be notified when the regulated Offer is about to go Live on www.4irtoken.com (the “Subscription Platform”). If they wish to subscribe 4IR Tokens, the Subscribers will then have to register on the Subscription Platform available at www.4irtoken.com.

The Subscriber who wants to purchase the 4IR Token will be taken through a seamless payment utility, and then through a basic whitelisting for legal compliance. The Subscriber will be warned before any investment that the whitelisting will be done after the subscription of 4IR Tokens.

Compatible wallet address

On the Subscription Platform, the Subscriber will have to provide their ERC20 compatible wallet address, which will be used for the withdrawal of the purchased 4IR Tokens after the end of the Offer. Any ERC20 compatible wallet which accepts USDC can be used for this purpose. These wallets shall be set up and used under the sole responsibility of each Subscriber.

Number of 4IR Tokens issued as part of the Presale Offer

As part of the Offer, from the total supply of 888,888,888 4iR Tokens, and considering that the 4IR Token will be also deployed in a total of eight different blockchains (with 111,111,111 4IR Tokens each), for the purpose of this Public Presale 38,888,888 4IR Tokens will be offered for subscription.

Timeline and Structure of the Offer

The Presale timeline will be a two week period. Investors will onboard through a launching platform which offers a basic KYC for those subscribing. The investors will receive the 4IR Tokens at the end of this period of two weeks in their e-wallets as per the lock up period already explained above. For more information on the Structure of the Offer see Section 5.1.

Subscription price

The subscription price or set up price is USD 0,69 for one 4IR Token.

For the purpose of the two weeks' Presale , the investors will be offered a 30% discount on the set up price (thus the price will be USD 0.48 per 4IR Token) and a 200% matching on purchased tokens for those subscribing in the first week of the Public Presale and a 100% matching on those subscribing in the second week of the Public Presale, according to terms and conditions expressed on Section 5.1.

For subsequent sales and trade on Dex exchanges and deployment in different blockchains any discount or/and reward will be announced prior to the sale itself.
